Can I use the body cream on my face and hair?
Yes, body creams are for your body that includes your face and hair.
My package hasn't arrivED yet?
We send off packages every business day. It should arrive within 5-7 business days upon ordering. Due to COVID-19 package arrivals might be delayed.
My body cream melted?
If your body cream is sitting out in a warm climate there's a possibility that it can melt ,but no worries refrigerate it.(The consistencY will not be the same)
Refunds & Cancellations?
If you aren't satisfied with the product or you want to cancel your order you can email chosenbathandbody@gmail.com and a full refund will be granted. If you email after it has been sent off half of the total will be refunded. For address changes or specific questions email us or use the chat button
